Ava has recently discovered a certain White Dog that resides here at the zoo. For some reason, which we have yet to figure out, Ava loves Sophie. If Ava catches a glimpse of her she just giggles and laughs like it is the funniest thing she has ever seen.

I am not so sure that Sophie is all that comfortable with her new friend. For those of you that don't know Sophie, she is the poster dog for neurosis. We have tried everything short of doggie Prozac to try to alleviate her anxiety. She is also deaf which makes life that much harder for her. I am not sure anyone else would put up with her issues, but we love her despite her tendency to poop and pee on the deck because she is afraid of stairs.

I remember Lily was yelling "Jackie" at a young age and we didn't realize it for a long time...as Jack would be hiding from her behind the recliner. These poor neurotic dogs attract the baby girls.
