While we were in Galena, Emily managed to have a collision on the soccer field and fractured her hand. It is a minor fracture and the cast will come off in three weeks. Sports are on hold for now, which Emily is not happy about, but she will survive. I told her she will be too busy working off the bill for the orthopedic appointment to worry about sports anyway…

This morning she asked me, "Jeni, do you like sympathy?" I said, "Yes." She said, "I hate it. All day I'm going to hear...what did you do? Oh I'm so sorry!" LOL
