I was told by a physician when Noah was 9 months old that he's "had enough breast milk by now" because I had a sinus infection and needed meds I couldn't take while breastfeeding. I neer went back and dealt with the pain. It was a female physician too.

Hahaha I would have loved to read your rants! I love this quote from Dr. Sears': "There are 3 questions you should not ask your doctor: where should my baby sleep, how long should I breastfeed and should I let my baby cry?"

I think that pretty much sums up the way you and I feel :-)
